By accessing or using the Freemaystors platform (HomeX360), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

4. Platform Services

Freemaystors connects service professionals with customers seeking home services. We do not employ service professionals and are not responsible for the quality of services provided. All service agreements are between the customer and the service professional directly.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to: posting false or misleading information, harassing other users, circumventing platform fees, or using the platform for any illegal purpose.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Certain features require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

7. Limitation of Liability

Freemaystors is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freemaystors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
